Fenton Farm Stables is a 4,000 square foot, all solid white pine wood, 3-story structure originally built in 2012 as a live-in barn/stable. It is set among majestic oak and pine trees on a working cattle farm and is 4.7 miles, or approximately 8 minutes, from the heart of downtown Laurel on Luther Hill Road. The interior has been artfully decorated in ranch/farmhouse motif and includes what once was horse stables on the back. It contains two bedrooms on the second level, one bedroom on the lower level. A fully-working kitchen with modern appliances, one full bath on the second level and one on the ground floor, a group seating area and dining area downstairs and another lounging area on the second level with a large screen TV (Direct TV).

The second floor bedrooms contain two standard-size double beds in each. Also, the first floor bedroom contains full bed, night stands and ceiling fan. Two couches, one on the first level and one on the second, could also be used to sleep on. The third floor overlooks pasture and forest and has a remarkable view of both as well as the incredible interior of the cabin itself.
